- 60 oz. Oven-Ready Lasagna Noodles
- 120 oz. Pasta Sauce
- 20 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 5 to 10 tablespoons Italian Herb Mix
- 75 oz. Ricotta Cheese
- 1.25 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 10 Eggs
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and eggs until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of your baking pan.
Place a layer of oven-ready lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
Spread a layer of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by a layer of pasta sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Repeat this layering process until you reach the top of your pan or run out of ingredients.
Sprinkle Italian herb mix over the top of your lasagna.
Cover your baking pan with foil and place it in the oven.
Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
