Equipment

Ingredients

  • 60 oz. Oven-Ready Lasagna Noodles
  • 120 oz. Pasta Sauce
  • 20 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 5 to 10 tablespoons Italian Herb Mix
  • 75 oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.25 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and eggs until well combined.
  • Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of your baking pan.
  • Place a layer of oven-ready lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  • Spread a layer of the cheese mixture on top of the noodles, followed by a layer of pasta sauce and shredded mozzarella.
  • Repeat this layering process until you reach the top of your pan or run out of ingredients.
  • Sprinkle Italian herb mix over the top of your lasagna.
  • Cover your baking pan with foil and place it in the oven.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
  • Let the lasagna cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

• To make the lasagna even more flavorful, add some Italian sausage or ground beef to the filling.
• To make the lasagna more saucy, add some red wine or tomato paste to the tomato sauce.
• To make the lasagna creamier, add some cream cheese or sour cream to the filling.
• To make the lasagna healthier, use low-fat cheeses and substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
• To make the lasagna gluten-free, use gluten-free lasagna noodles.
