Ingredients

  • 8 cups All-purpose flour
  • 4 pcs Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
  • 8 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 4 cups Evaporated milk
  • 3 cups White sugar
  • 1 cup Margarine
  • 5 tablespoon Vanilla essence
  • Salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine 8 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder, and 8 tablespoons of baking powder.
  • In a separate bowl, beat 4 eggs with 3 cups of white sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture along with 1 cup of margarine, 4 cups of evaporated milk, and 5 tablespoons of vanilla essence.
  • Mix everything together until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Once the dough has risen, punch it down and knead in 1 cup of raisins.
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape them into buns.
  • Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet and let them rise for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Bake the buns for 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
