For The Yellow Portion Of The Drink (Middle Layer)
- 2 oz Rum coconut rum
- 16 oz Pineapple Juice

In a cocktail shaker, mix the grenadine and ice together until well combined.
Pour the grenadine mixture into the bottom of each cocktail glass.
Rinse out the shaker and add in the coconut rum and pineapple juice with ice. Shake well until combined.
Slowly pour the mixture on top of the grenadine layer, creating a yellow middle layer.
Rinse out the shaker again and add in the pineapple rum and blue curacao with ice. Shake well until combined.
Slowly pour the mixture on top of the coconut rum layer, creating a green top layer.
Use a cocktail strainer to carefully top off each glass with the remaining blue curacao mixture. This will create a blue layer on top of the green.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a maraschino cherry, if desired.

- Make sure to pour the layers slowly to avoid them mixing together.
- Use a cocktail strainer to create clean and defined layers.
- Feel free to adjust the measurements of each ingredient based on your personal taste preferences.
- You can also add some crushed ice in between layers for a slushy texture.
- For an alcohol-free version, you can substitute the rums with non-alcoholic versions or use fruit juice and a splash of lemon or lime juice to mimic the flavors.
