Ingredients

  • 2 cup water
  • 2 cup moonshine
  • 2 tsp Butterscotch extract
  • 2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 cup brandy

Instructions

  • In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Add 2 cups of moonshine, 2 tsp of butterscotch extract, and 2 cups of raw sugar to the pot.
  • Stir until all the ingredients are well combined and the sugar is dissolved.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool down for a few minutes.
  • Once cooled, add 1 cup of brandy to the mixture and stir well.
  • Let the butterscotch moonshine cool completely before transferring it to bottles or jars for storage.
