Ingredients

  • 8 pieces diced Green tomatoes
  • 8 pieces Avocado
  • 8 pieces Green chilies/ jalapenos
  • 32 ounce Light sour cream
  • 1 pieces White onion
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoon Lime juice

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the diced green tomatoes, avocados, green chilies, sour cream, white onion, cilantro, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes. This will help thicken the sauce and bring out the flavors.
  • Once heated, remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
