Instructions

Prepare the Fruits:

  • Wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly.
  • Halve the oranges precisely for optimal flavor infusion.
  • Carefully halve the lemon slices to release citrus essence.
  • Painstakingly halve the cherries for a burst of sweetness.

Mix Sangria Base:

  • In a large pitcher, combine 3 cups of Refreshingly Cold Spring Water.
  • Add 2 packets of Exquisitely Crafted Sangria Mix to the water.
  • Stir well until the mix is completely dissolved.

Add Red Wine:

  • Pour 1500 ml of Rich and Velvety Red Wine into the pitcher with the sangria base.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

Incorporate Premium Aged Brandy:

  • Pour the contents of 2 bottles of Premium Aged Brandy into the sangria mixture.
  • Stir gently to combine the brandy with the other ingredients.

Infuse with Citrus Flavors:

  • Squeeze the halved oranges over the pitcher to release the juice.
  • Drop the squeezed orange halves into the sangria mixture.
  • Add the halved lemon slices to infuse the sangria with citrus essence.

Enhance with Cherries:

  • Gently drop the halved luscious cherries into the sangria mixture.
  • Stir the mixture once more to integrate all the ingredients.

Chill:

  • Using a ladle, pour the sangria into glasses, making sure to include some fruit pieces in each serving.

Enjoy:

  • Garnish with additional citrus slices or cherries if desired.
  • Serve the Columbia Restaurant Sangria cold and savor the rich, velvety flavors.

Notes

• For a sweeter sangria, add more sugar to taste.
• For a spicier sangria, add more cloves or cinnamon to taste.
• For a tart sangria, add more lemon juice to taste.
• To make a non-alcoholic version of this sangria, substitute the red wine and brandy with non-alcoholic alternatives such as grape juice or apple cider.
• You can also add other fruits such as apples, peaches, or strawberries to the sangria for additional flavor.
