- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Dried oranges and cranberries
- 2 Tablespoon Grated orange peel
- 1 cup Butter room temperature
- 6 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 Tablespoon Fine salt
- 1.5 cup Cold milk
- 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, dried oranges and cranberries, grated orange peel, butter, baking powder, salt, milk, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness.
Use a biscuit cutter or cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough.
Place the circles onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- If using frozen cranberries, make sure to thaw them before using in the recipe.
- Add a little more sugar if the recipe is not sweet enough

- You can substitute fresh cranberries with frozen cranberries if they are not in season.
