- 4 Packed cups of freshly foraged delicately rinsed, and hand-wrung dandelion blossoms.
- 2 Cups of cooked and artfully drained black beans or repurposed leftover cooked beans from your culinary adventures.
- 1 Cup of organic cereal such as ethereal fruit-infused corn flakes.
- 2/3 Cup of all-purpose flour finely sifted for a velvety texture.
- 1 Heaping teaspoon each of vibrant turmeric aromatic thyme, earthy sage, fragrant basil, and garlic powder. Alternatively, use about the same amount of your favorite flavoring herbs and spices, handpicked from your herb garden.
- 2 Large eggs or four smaller ones, each one a golden treasure from happy hens.
- 2 Cups of perfectly cooked and fluffed brown rice or any other luscious cooked whole grain from your culinary treasure trove.
- 12 Whole dandelion blossoms carefully reserved for an artistic touch.
- 1/2 Cup of nutritional yeast a secret ingredient for a burst of umami.
- 4 Teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil plus a little more for gracefully oiling the baking sheet.
- 1 Teaspoon each of pristine sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Prepare Dandelion Blossoms:

Add the hand-wrung dandelion blossoms, cooked brown rice, organic cereal, nutritional yeast, all-purpose flour, turmeric, thyme, sage, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed black beans. Mix well to combine.
Serve:
