- 2 tablespoons dried mint OR 2 handfuls fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups thick yogurt half/low fat works too
- 2 cups carbonated water you can use still too, if you prefer
- 2 large pinches salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rose petals crushed between fingers
- 2 handfuls ice cube
Additional Ingredient:
- 20 cm thick cucumber portion sliced
Prepare the Ingredients:
If you’re using dried mint, measure out 2 tablespoons. If you have fresh mint leaves, wash and chop them.
Crush the dried rose petals between your fingers.
Slice the cucumber into 20 cm portions.

Pour the Doogh into glasses and serve immediately. The combination of yogurt, mint, and cucumber creates a refreshing and delightful drink, especially on a warm day.
– If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can also whisk the ingredients together with a whisk or a fork.
– You can add more or less salt to the doogh based on your preference.
– If you want the doogh to be thicker, add less water. If you want the doogh to be thinner, add more water.
– You can also add other ingredients like cucumbers, mint, and garlic to add flavor and complexity.
– You can also add sugar or honey to sweeten the doogh.
– Doogh can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.
