Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 Tablespoon chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped fuji or honey crisp apples
  • 2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes cut into ¼ths
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3 teaspoon ranch season
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped pecans, chopped apples, mayonnaise, chopped celery, ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the quartered grapes.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 35 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

– Add a handful of toasted nuts for an extra crunchy texture.
