Ingredients

  • 3 cups of All purpose flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup Oil
  • 3 cups of Milk
  • 2 tsp nuts
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder, salt, butter, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the nuts and mix gently.
  • Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the waffles are golden brown.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or maple syrup.

Notes

– For an extra crispy waffle, coat the waffle iron with cooking spray before adding the batter.
