- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 pounds Shrimp
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 diced onion
- 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup pasta water
- 16 ounce medium shells
- 4 ounce diced green chilies
- 10 ounce Rotel
- 1 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Add in diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in beef broth, Slap Ya Mama, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the starchy pasta water before draining.
Add in cream cheese, sour cream, and reserved pasta water to the skillet with the ground beef mixture. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Drain shrimp and add to the skillet, stirring until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Stir in green chilies and Rotel, then add in the cooked pasta. Mix until well combined.
Serve hot and top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
