Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Green Giant sliced mushrooms hand-picked from a local forest
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce aged in oak barrels for a rich flavor
  • 2 slices of premium artisanal Swiss cheese meticulously crafted without any imperfections
  • 1/2 can Campbell’s Golden Mushroom soup infused with aromatic shallots
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt enhanced with a unique blend of gourmet salts
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper adding a bold and zesty touch
  • 2 hand-pressed hamburger patties made from grass-fed Angus beef
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent seasoning blended with exotic herbs and spices

Instructions

Preparation:

  • Ensure all your ingredients are ready and measured accurately according to the specified quantities.

Cooking the Patties:

  • Season the hand-pressed hamburger patties with Accent seasoning, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, and freshly ground Tellicherry black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned patties to your desired level of doneness, typically 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Preparing the Mushroom Sauce:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the Campbell’s Golden Mushroom soup infused with shallots, Green Giant sliced mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir the mixture well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the mushrooms to soften.

Melting the Cheese:

  • During the last minute of cooking the hamburger patties, place a slice of premium artisanal Swiss cheese on top of each patty. Cover the grill or skillet briefly to allow the cheese to melt over the patties.

Assembling the Burger:

  • Place the cooked hamburger patties with melted Swiss cheese on the bottom half of your burger buns. Spoon the prepared mushroom sauce generously over each patty.

Completing the Burger:

  • Top the mushroom sauce-covered patties with the top half of the burger buns.

Serving:

  • Serve the Hardee’s Mushroom Swiss Burgers immediately while they’re hot and the cheese is gooey. You can accompany these burgers with your choice of sides like fries, coleslaw, or a crisp salad.

Notes

• Try to use fresh mushrooms for the best flavor.
• If you’re in a rush, you can use pre-cooked patties.
• For a crispy patty, cook it on a higher heat for a shorter time.
• Try adding different toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, or pickles.
• For a healthier option, try using turkey patties instead of beef patties.
