  • 3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cup milk
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix – some lumps are okay.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat with butter or cooking spray.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional minute.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings such as fruit, chocolate chips, or maple syrup.
