Ingredients

  • 2 pound roasted chicken breast
  • 4 stalks diced celery
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup red grapes diced
  • 1/4 cup white onion minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 4 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine the chicken, celery, cranberries, grapes, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl mix together the lemon juice, yogurt, pecans, sugar and salt until combined.
  • Add the dressing to the chicken mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated in dressing.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers or on topof a salad.
