Ingredients

  • 12 long coffee spoons Greek yogurt
  • 4 cups Fresh raspberries
  • 2 cup Granola
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cup granulated White sugar
  • 6 pieces Nectarines
  • 1 cup cubed Pineapples
  • Mint leaf- a few

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt and white sugar until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mash half of the raspberries to create a puree. Leave the other half whole for layering.
  • Begin layering your parfait by starting with a spoonful of yogurt mixture at the bottom of your serving cups.
  • Layer with a spoonful of mashed raspberries, then add granola on top.
  • Add another layer of yogurt, followed by whole raspberries and blueberries.
  • Repeat the layers until you reach the top of your serving cup, ending with a final layer of yogurt.
  • Top with cubed nectarines and pineapples.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
