Equipment

  • large pot
  • Blender or food processor
  • Small saucepan
  • Stirring spoon
  • Large Pitcher
  • Glasses

Ingredients

  • 4 Succulent Ripe Mangoes each a tropical gem, peeled and diced into golden cubes
  • 8 Bags of Finely Blended Black Tea carefully selected for a robust infusion
  • 1 Cup of Pure Cane Sugar a sweet crystal elixir for the perfect balance
  • 2 Pounds of Fresh Strawberries plucked from the berry patch, hulled and sliced for a burst of berry sweetness
  • 16 Cups of Pristine Spring Water the liquid canvas for crafting your refreshing masterpiece
  • Ice Cubes crisp and clear, to chill and elevate your delightful concoction to frosty perfection.

Instructions

Brew the Black Tea:

  • Boil 16 cups of pristine spring water. Steep the 8 bags of finely blended black tea in the hot water, allowing it to brew until the tea is strong and aromatic. Remove the tea bags and let the brewed tea cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Fruits:

  • Peel and dice the succulent ripe mangoes into golden cubes. Hull and slice the fresh strawberries, ensuring each slice is bursting with berry sweetness.

Create Mango Puree:

  • Take half of the diced mangoes and blend them into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor. Set aside.

Make Strawberry Syrup:

  • In a small saucepan, combine a portion of the sliced strawberries with 1 cup of pure cane sugar. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the strawberries release their juices. Simmer for a few minutes to create a strawberry syrup. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the brewed black tea, mango puree, and strawberry syrup. Stir well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

Add Remaining Fruits:

  • Drop the remaining diced mangoes and sliced strawberries into the tea mixture. Stir gently to incorporate the fruit chunks.

7.Chill the Tea:

  • Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and let the tea chill for at least a few hours or until thoroughly cold.

Serve Over Ice:

  • When ready to serve, fill glasses with crisp ice cubes. Pour the mango strawberry iced tea over the ice, ensuring each glass is filled with a refreshing blend of tea and fruity goodness.

Garnish (Optional):

  • Garnish the glasses with additional mango slices or strawberry halves for a visually appealing presentation.

11.Enjoy the Tropical Refreshment:

  • Sip and savor the tropical refreshment of your Olive Garden-inspired mango strawberry iced tea, a delightful and fruity beverage perfect for warm days or any occasion.

Notes

  • Make sure to use a ripe mango for the best flavor.
  • Add more honey if you prefer a sweeter tea.
  • Use a high-quality loose-leaf tea for the best flavor.
  • Add a few slices of lime for an extra zesty flavor.
  • If you don’t have fresh mango and strawberry, you can use frozen.
  • You can also add other fruits such as pineapple or kiwi for a more tropical flavor.
