Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of onions large
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 pieces of banana
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Peel and chop 4 large onions, 2 cloves of garlic, and 4 bananas.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped ingredients with 5 tablespoons of honey and 2 cups of water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If the consistency is too thick, add more water as needed.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any chunks or pulp.
  • Serve chilled or over ice for a refreshing drink.
