Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the black pepper (and red pepper flakes if using) and give it a good stir.
  • Let the sauce continue to simmer for another 3-4 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and let the sauce cool down for a few minutes before serving.

• You can adjust the amount of hot sauce to make the sauce spicier or milder, depending on your preference.
• Feel free to add a tablespoon of sugar or honey for a sweeter sauce.
• Use a whisk to mix the ingredients to ensure that everything is evenly combined.
