  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger optional
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

For the Salad:

  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce
  • ¾ cup slivered almonds toasted
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup crispy wonton strips
  • Toasted black sesame seeds
  • Freshly chopped cilantro to taste
