Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Your Oven

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). You’ll want your oven nice and hot for those muffins. Make sure your muffin tin is either greased or lined with muffin papers to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Prepare the Crumb Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour. Mix in the neutral oil until it resembles a crumbly mixture. Set it aside. This tantalizing topping is what’ll make your muffins pop with texture.

Step 3: Mix the Muffin Batter
