Instructions
Begin by peeling and slicing the apples into thin slices.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples with cinnamon sugar, raw cane sugar, cornstarch, and pumpkin spice. Mix well until all the apples are coated in the mixture.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 14 equal squares.
Place a heaping spoonful of the apple mixture onto one half of each square, leaving some space around the edges to seal the pie.
Fold over the other half of the puff pastry and use a fork to press down on the edges to seal it shut.
Heat up vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the pies into the oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the oil and let them cool down on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for a delicious dessert!
