Ingredients

  • 4 lbs. of whole chicken wings leg wing
  • 8 Tablespoon Mardi Gras Wing Seasoning recipe
  • 2 Tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Tony’s Creole seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon dry yellow mustard
  • 2 Tablespoon dried ground oregano
  • 6 Tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 3 teaspoon cumin
  • 4 Tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 4 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 6 Tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Mardi Gras Wing Seasoning, kosher salt, Tony’s Creole seasoning, dry yellow mustard, dried ground oregano, sunflower oil, cumin, dried rosemary, chili powder, garlic powder, canola oil, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the mixture and toss until well coated.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and lightly oil it.
  • Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on the wire rack, leaving space between each wing.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 165°F.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

• Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes for the best flavor.
• Use a thermometer to ensure that the oil is at the right temperature before adding the wings.
• Use a splatter guard to prevent the hot oil from splattering.
• Use tongs to turn the wings while frying for even cooking.
