Equipment

  • oven
  • bowl
  • Leak-Proof Pan
  • stand mixer

Ingredients

For Crust

  • 2.25 cups Cracker Crumbs Keebler Graham
  • 9 tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar

For Cheesecake

  • 6 cups Softened Kraft Pheladhelphia Cream Cheese Room Temperature
  • 1.13 cup Sour Cream
  • 6 large Beaten Eggs
  • 2.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 cup Sugar
  • Food Colouring Gel Red Blue, Purple, Yellow, And More as Your Preference

Instructions

Step 1: Making The Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a leak-proof pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan using your fingers or a flat-bottomed glass. Make sure the crust is evenly spread out.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely before adding the filling.

Step 2: Making The Filling

  • In a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add in the sour cream, beating well after each addition.
  • Add in the beaten eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and sugar. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Divide the filling into three equal parts and dye each part with red, blue, and yellow food coloring gel.

Step 3: Assembling The Cheesecake

  • Pour the blue filling onto the cooled crust and use a spoon to spread it evenly.
  • Gently pour the yellow filling on top of the blue, being careful not to mix them together. Use a spoon to carefully spread it out.
  • Pour the red filling on top of the blue and yellow, again being careful not to mix them together.
  • Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the heat and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Step 4: Serving The Cheesecake

  • Once the cheesecake has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator and carefully remove it from the pan.
  • Slice and serve, garnishing with additional fruits or topping if desired. Enjoy your delicious Superman Cheesecake.
