  • 2 tablespoons of Zesty Sriracha Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons of Pungent Garlic Paste
  • A Pinch of Bold Black Pepper
  • 4 teaspoons of Tangy Lime Juice

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade:

  • In a bowl, combine the lime juice, smoky paprika, aromatic cumin, black pepper, sea salt, chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Divide this marinade into two separate bowls.

Marinate the Shrimp and Beef:

  • Place the shrimp in one bowl of marinade and the beef strips in the other. Coat them thoroughly with the respective marinades.
  • Let the shrimp and beef marinate for at least 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare the Spicy Garlic Sour Cream:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, sriracha sauce, garlic paste, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.

Cook the Shrimp and Beef:

  • In separate pans, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Cook the beef strips for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

Warm the Tortillas:

  • Heat the large flour tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.

Assemble the Burritos:

  • Lay out each tortilla and assemble them in layers: Mexican rice, chopped romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, cooked shrimp, beef strips, diced avocado, and a dollop of spicy garlic sour cream.

Fold the Burritos:

  • Fold the sides of the tortilla towards the center, then roll it tightly from the bottom, enclosing the fillings.

Serve:

  • Serve the Surf and Turf Burritos immediately, either whole or sliced in half diagonally, with extra spicy garlic sour cream on the side for dipping or drizzling.
