- 2 pounds of Fresh Medium Shrimp 31-35 shrimp per pound
- 2 pounds of Tender Sirloin Beef Strips
- Juice of 2 Freshly Squeezed Limes
- 3 teaspoons of Smoky Paprika
- 3 teaspoons of Aromatic Cumin
- 2 teaspoons of Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons of Flavorful Chili Powder
- 4 tablespoons of First-Press Olive Oil divided
- 16 Large Flour Tortillas burrito-sized
Fillings:
- 2 ½ cups of Savory Mexican Rice
- 2 cups of Crisp Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 2 cups of Zesty Pico de Gallo
- Freshly Diced Avocado as desired
Spicy Garlic Sour Cream:
- 2 cups of Creamy Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons of Zesty Sriracha Sauce
- 4 teaspoons of Pungent Garlic Paste
- A Pinch of Bold Black Pepper
- 4 teaspoons of Tangy Lime Juice
Prepare the Marinade:
In a bowl, combine the lime juice, smoky paprika, aromatic cumin, black pepper, sea salt, chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Divide this marinade into two separate bowls.
Marinate the Shrimp and Beef:
Place the shrimp in one bowl of marinade and the beef strips in the other. Coat them thoroughly with the respective marinades.
Let the shrimp and beef marinate for at least 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Spicy Garlic Sour Cream:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, sriracha sauce, garlic paste, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
Cook the Shrimp and Beef:
In separate pans, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the beef strips for 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.

Lay out each tortilla and assemble them in layers: Mexican rice, chopped romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, cooked shrimp, beef strips, diced avocado, and a dollop of spicy garlic sour cream.
