  • 1 teaspoon of freshly cracked Tellicherry black pepper
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
  • 4 tablespoons of velvety small-batch churned artisanal butter
  • 4 teaspoons of golden nectar sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare the Corn:
  • Drain the whole kernel of sweet corn from the cans, but be sure to reserve the liquid for later use.
  • Dice Bell Peppers:
  • Dice the red and orange bell peppers into small, uniform pieces.
  • Melt Butter:
  • In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Sauté Bell Peppers:
