Equipment

  • Cocktail Glass
  • Jiggers
  • Cocktail strainer

Ingredients

  • 2.5 Cup Frozen Mango
  • 1.25 oz Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2.5 Cup Jumex Mango Nector
  • 3.75 cups Ice
  • 2.5 oz Mango Syrup
  • 2.5 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2.5 ounce Orange Syrup
  • Salted rim Mixture
  • 2.5 oz Cointreau
  • 5 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the rim of your cocktail glass. Mix equal parts salt and sugar on a small plate. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into the salt and sugar mixture.
  • In a blender, combine frozen mango chunks, lemon juice, Jumex Mango Nectar, ice, mango syrup, chili powder, orange syrup, Cointreau, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the margarita mixture into the rimmed cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge or mango slice, if desired.
  • You can also adjust the measurements to your liking for a stronger or weaker margarita.
  • Enjoy your delicious Texas Roadhouse Mango Margarita!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more chili powder to the mixture.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version, simply leave out the Cointreau and add a splash of orange juice.
  • Use fresh mango instead of frozen for a smoother texture.
  • You can also use a premade mango margarita mix if you are short on time.
