- 1.5 tsp Black Truffle Pate
- 1.5 pound of chili peppers
- 4.5 habanero peppers
- 3 Tablespoon Black Truffle Olive Oil
- 0.75 tsp Organic Cumin
- 3 cups white vinegar

Begin by prepping the chili peppers and habanero peppers by washing them, removing the stems, and roughly chopping them.
In a medium pot, combine the chopped peppers, black truffle pate, black truffle olive oil, organic cumin, and white vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a blender, combine the hot sauce mixture with the xanthan gum, honey, garlic, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
Pour the hot sauce into bottles or jars and let cool before storing in the fridge.
Enjoy your homemade truffle hot sauce on all of your favorite dishes!
• For a milder sauce, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper.
• For a spicier sauce, add more cayenne pepper or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
• If you don’t have truffle oil, you can substitute olive oil.
• This sauce can be used as a marinade for meats or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.
• If your sauce is too thick, add a bit of water to thin it out.
• Serve the sauce at room temperature for the best flavor.
