  • 1.75 medium head broccoli chopped into small florets
  • 1.75 finely diced medium red onion
  • 0.88 cup sugar
  • 3.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3.5 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3.5 cups mayonnaise

Instructions
