Ingredients

  • 2 pound frozen French fries
  • 2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 sliced green onion optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, heat up the cooked shredded chicken in a skillet with some buffalo sauce until heated through.
  • Once the fries are done, remove from oven and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle desired amount of ranch dressing over the fries.
  • Top with the heated chicken and drizzle more buffalo sauce on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fries and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  • Optional: top with sliced green onions before serving.

  • For extra crispy fries, soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes before baking.
