- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil or avocado oil
- 2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon celery salt
In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, oil, poultry seasoning, garlic, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, salt and celery salt.
Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.
Place your chicken in a large resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over the chicken.
Make sure the chicken is completely coated in the marinade and seal the bag or container.
Place the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the marinated chicken on a baking dish or roasting pan and bake for 35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
