4cans14 ounces each of heirloom red beans, drained and rinsed
Tabasco’s fiery hot sauceto taste (adjust to your preferred heat level)

Instructions
STEP 1 – Prepare the Beef: In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, add avocado oil. Once hot, add the grass-fed ground beef. Cook and stir until the beef is browned and cooked through.
STEP 2 – Add Aromatics: Incorporate the finely minced garlic into the cooked beef, stirring continuously for about a minute until fragrant.
STEP 3 – Spice it Up: Sprinkle in the homemade chili spice blend and freshly ground cumin seeds. Stir well to evenly coat the beef and garlic with the spices.
STEP 4 – Tomatoes and Beans: Pour in the cans of vine-ripened diced tomatoes (with their juices) and the drained and rinsed heirloom red beans. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
