Ingredients

  • Creamy Italian dressing
  • 1.5 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Garlic croutons
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup Italian cheeses

Instructions

Prepare Creamy Italian Dressing:

  • If you have a store-bought Creamy Italian dressing, you can use it directly. Alternatively, you can make your own by combining mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Chop and Slice Vegetables:

  • Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice both red and green cabbage.

Prepare Garlic Croutons:

  • If you don’t have store-bought croutons, you can make your own by toasting bread cubes with garlic and olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
