  • 1/2 of a 14-oz Can of Tomato sauce for a luscious and tangy base
  • 1 tsp of Spicy Chili Powder for a kick of heat
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic minced to release their aromatic essence
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked Paprika adding depth to the flavor profile
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt to enhance and balance the taste
  • Optional for an Extra Touch of Indian Flair: 1/2 tsp of Aromatic Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp of Ground Cumin for a hint of earthy warmth
  • A Handful of Freshly Chopped Cilantro generously sprinkled for a burst of freshness

Instructions

Sauté Aromatics:

  • In a large pot or saucepan, sauté the finely chopped onion, expertly chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger root until the vegetables are tender and aromatic.

Create The Base:

  • Pour in the nourishing vegetable broth and add the tomato sauce, stirring well to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to meld the flavors.

Add Lentils And Spices:

  • Allow the lentil mixture to simmer over medium heat until the lentils are cooked through and tender. This might take around 20-30 minutes.

Introduce Red Beans:
