Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Plump and succulent medium shrimp ocean-kissed
  • 1 Cup of creamy mayo a velvety delight

  • 1 lb. Elbow macaroni al dente and ready to mingle
  • A Dash of salt pepper, garlic, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning for an exquisite blend of spices.
  • 1 lb. Bay scallops tender morsels from the sea
  • 2 Tablespoons of artisanal butter crafted to perfection
  • 4-6 Tablespoons of zesty hot sauce for a fiery kick
  • 4 Pinches of unrefined sugar adding a hint of sweetness
  • 1 Yellow onion finely diced for a burst of flavor

Instructions

Prepare Shrimp and Scallops:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the artisanal butter. Sprinkle unrefined sugar over the shrimp and scallops. Sauté until the seafood is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Set aside to cool.

Cook Elbow Macaroni:

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Seafood:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled shrimp and scallops with luxurious crab meat.
