  • 1-2 lbs Long flat pasta or quills pasta
  • cup Wheat flour
  • 8 oz unsalted butter
  • Salt to your liking
  • 2 cups Finely grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper for a touch of warmth
  • 16 oz chicken broth

Instructions

STEP 1-

  • Begin by preparing the pasta according to the package directions. Cook it until it’s firm but tender, then drain and set aside.

STEP 2-

  • Slice the chicken breast into thin, even pieces. Season them lightly with salt and black pepper. Coat each slice with the wheat flour, ensuring an even layer.

STEP 3-

  • Heat the Mediterranean olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the floured chicken slices and cook until they achieve a golden-brown color on both sides. Remove the cooked slices from the skillet and set them aside.

STEP 4-

  • In the same skillet, melt the sweet cream butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced aromatic garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.

  • Pour in the heavy whipped cream and chicken broth, stirring gently to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
