Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, ketchup, flour, rice vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, honey and Italian seasoning. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Place chicken in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chicken and spread to coat it evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let cool before serving with your favorite side dishes
