Ingredients

  • 22 ounces drained canned tuna
  • 2 stick diced celery
  • 1/2 diced white onion
  • Chopped parsley Optional
  • 8 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, diced celery, and onion.
  • Add in 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 4 tablespoons of soy sauce to the mixture.
  • Sprinkle black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Serve the tuna salad on a toasted bun and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes

• Make sure to drain the tuna before adding it to the bowl.
• You can add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots to the tuna mixture for added flavor.
• You can also add a bit of lemon juice or pickle relish to the tuna mixture for added flavor.
• If you don’t have a skillet, you can also cook the tuna mixture in a pan over medium heat.
• You can use a toaster oven to toast the buns if you don’t have a skillet.
• You can also add a bit of cheese to the tuna mixture for a cheesy twist.
