Instructions

  • In a large jar or pitcher, combine all sliced fruits, orange liqueur, star anise, and red wine.

  • Allow the mixture to sit and marinate for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, add fresh blueberries, peach nectar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, raspberries, simple syrup, and brandy to the sangria.

Notes

• If you don’t have simple syrup, you can use honey or agave nectar instead.
• You can use any type of white wine that you like.
• You can also add other fruits such as strawberries or blueberries.
• If you want a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup.
• If you want a more tart drink, add more citrus.
• You can also add sparkling water or club soda for a bubbly version.
