Notes
– If you’re in a pinch, you can use pre-shredded coleslaw mix instead of the individual ingredients.– If you want to add some extra crunch, you can add some diced celery or bell peppers to the mix.– Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar to taste.– You can also add some diced apples or raisins to the mix for an extra sweet kick.– To make the slaw even creamier, you can add some sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.– If you’re not a fan of mayonnaise, you can substitute it with an equal amount of yogurt or a combination of yogurt and olive oil.
