Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the crushed doritos, shredded cheese, and shredded chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
Pour the sauce mixture over the dorito mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Mexican white trash!
Notes
If you want to make this dish spicier, you can add some diced jalapenos or hot sauce to the sauce mixture.
You can also add in different types of beans, such as black beans or pinto beans, to give it some extra protein and flavor.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Simply reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
To make this dish vegetarian, you can omit the chicken and use vegetable broth instead of milk in the sauce mixture.
