Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Gradually add in the flour, salt, dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until a dough forms.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into bite-sized squares or use cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
  • Place the dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

• If you want to cut down on the amount of fat in the recipe, you can use low-fat cream cheese.
