- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup softened unsalted butter
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
Gradually add in the flour, salt, dried oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Mix until a dough forms.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into bite-sized squares or use cookie cutters to create fun shapes.
Place the dough pieces onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
