- 2 pound Brussel sprouts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic, and salt until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place back in the oven and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
