- 1/2 tbsp fresh garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chopped smoked meat
- 2 cups cooked black beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1/2 small-sized chopped onion
- 1/2 cup broth or stock
- 3/8 cup roasted red pepper chopped
- 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup
Prepare Ingredients:
Mince the fresh garlic.
Chop the roasted red pepper, smoked meat, and onion.
Measure out the olive oil, broth or stock, lime juice, fresh orange juice, cumin, chipotle powder, and agave syrup.
Ensure that the black beans are cooked and ready to use.
