1literof 190-proofneutral grain alcohol
1teaspoonof vanilla extract
1gallonof apple cider
4cinnamon sticks
1teaspoonof nutmeg ground

3cupsof granulated sugar
1cupof brown sugar
Instructions
In a large pot, combine the apple juice, 190-proof neutral grain alcohol, and vanilla extract.
Heat the mixture on medium-low heat until it reaches a gentle simmer.
Add in the apple cider, cinnamon sticks, and nutmeg ground. Stir to combine.
Increase the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add in the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.
Continue to simmer the mixture for an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely before transferring it into glass jars or bottles for storage.

Notes
For a stronger alcohol taste, you can use 2 liters of neutral grain alcohol instead of 1 liter. Keep in mind that this will increase the potency of the moonshine.
