  • 0.2 cup cooked mixed wild rice
  • 0.6 cup sweet rice flour
  • 0.6-0.3 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 0.6-0.3 tablespoons Sesame Seeds White
  • 1.2 tablespoons Kadoya Pure Sesame Oil
  • 0.15 teaspoon salt
  • 0.15 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together cooked mixed wild rice, sweet rice flour, black and white sesame seeds, Kadoya Pure Sesame Oil, salt, and water.
  • Once the mixture is well combined, form a ball of dough.
  • Roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment paper until it is about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired shape for the crackers.
  • Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Allow the crackers to cool before serving.

Notes

• You can add additional ingredients such as chopped herbs or spices to customize the flavor.
• For a crunchier texture, bake the crackers for a few minutes longer.
• If the crackers are too crumbly, add a few tablespoons of water to the dough.
• Substitute the vegetable oil for another type of oil such as coconut oil or canola oil.
• Use a spoon to drop the dough onto the baking sheet, as this will help to keep the crackers uniform in size.
