Notes

Here are some helpful tips and tricks to make the perfect House of Prime Rib Salad:
• Make sure to marinate the steak for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
• If you don’t have a grill or grill pan, you can cook the steak in a skillet on the stovetop.
• If you don’t have balsamic vinegar, you can substitute red wine vinegar.
• You can switch up the vegetables if you like. Some great options include mushrooms, carrots, celery, and cabbage.
• If you are short on time, you can use pre-cooked steak or rotisserie chicken.
• If you don’t have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs.
• Feel free to adjust the amount of salt and pepper to your taste.
• To make this salad even heartier, you can add some cooked quinoa or barley.
